Very Inconsistent and Poorly Written

This book is very confusing. It has a mixture of both imperial and metric measures. One recipe calls for a packet of all-purpose flour. What is a packet of flour? One recipe calls for 1/2 spoon of baking soda. What size spoon? Several recipes call for cups of flour and then a specific amount of something in ml of kg. A word to the author, please choose one or the other! Some of the recipes leave it to the readers interpretation. Her potato pancake recipe is named incorrectly. Since it is made with Sweet Potatoes, shouldn't it be named Sweet Potato Pancakes. These are just a few examples. virtually every recipe in the book has something along these examples in them.

I loved this book. It was great on all fronts. If you like pancakes, you will love these recipes...from fluffy classic to vegan. If you like an organized presentation of recipes, you will love this book. If you like a recipe book that is simple, concise and easy to follow, you will love this book. Pancake lovers need this book...YES...I said "NEED"!

I am an absolute pancake lover so I had to grab this book. Boy am I glad I did because I got some new ideas for pancakes. The recipes are simple and straight forward. I will be using some of the recipes for my nieces next time they stay with me.
