A culinary jewel from Spain by the hand of an amazing Chef!

The book is amazing, it is well paced, well presented (alas with no pictures) and it covers everything from the basic "mother sauces" and stocks to more complex and delicious recipes. It is in Spanish language, and even though it mostly focuses on recipes from the Iberic peninsula (Spain), Chef Karlos Arguinano has the required experience and reknown in the culinary world to be able to pusblish such a cookbook.. Well, if the man has 1,065 increible recipes of his own creativity under his belt, I guess that should be more than enough to say about him as a cook. All in all, a great buy and a great book... I am happy I finally got a copy of this one, as I have other of his books. Highly recommended!

Excellent book, with a moderate price, a lot of recipes, and clear instructions.

The book, according with my wife's opinion, is excellent and it has a lot of very good recipes. It is written in Spanish and with clear instructions. Besides, its price was reasonable.
