Diane Schwartz is Director of Special Education and Early Childhood masters degree programs, Department of Counseling, Research, Special Education and Rehabilitation, Hofstra University. She is a founder of the New Interdisciplinary School, and worked for the New York City Board of Education and United Cerebral Palsy of Long Island.
