The begining was better than the end.

The best thing about the book was the cover. I found some of the assertions weak and poorly supported. That is the risk most people take when they try to take on when they write about North Korea or harder yet an imaginary place that was only conceived in an author's mind. What might hae been interesting would be to compare the GDR with North Korea.
